Hello my name is Linda, some people call me Lindy. I took my daughter for her first “professional” photos when she was a little over a year. It was a tense 20 minutes, one made more so by the photographer who barely engaged with my daughter. I told myself I wouldn’t ever go back to one of those cookie-cutter places. I had been taking photos of her since the day she was born and new I could and had done better. I have dabbled in photography for years- a course here, a class there but never really thought I could make a living doing something I loved. Work is supposed to be hard! So I’ve taken the plunge and am living my dream.

My style is natural, simple, stylish and fresh. I take pride in creating relaxed, contemporary images that will capture the beauty and spirit of your child. I want to spend time with you and your family to get to know you. We can go to your favorite park or hang out at your house. I work to your schedule and don’t want you to feel rushed or stressed. If the weather is bad, as it so often is in Manchester we can reschedule.

I am based in south Manchester which makes for easy access to Manchester (obvious, no?), Lancashire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Merseyside in the North West of England, UK.

My aim is to capture the candid unique relationships and personalities of you and your family and to capture memories that will be with you for years to come.
